(RSS) is a privately held, nationwide wireless infrastructure, engineering, and managed services firm with more than 22 years of operator-grade delivery across Cellular DAS, Public Safety (ERRCS / ERCES), Private 5G, Enterprise Wi-Fi, Outdoor Macro, oDAS, Small Cell, Two-Way Radio, and Cellular Push-to-Talk Solutions.

RSS staffs FCC-licensed professionals and NICET-certified Public Safety Communications specialists, and maintains current OEM certifications across many of the industry’s leading platforms, including Corning, JMA Wireless, SOLiD, CommScope, ADRF, COMBA, Avari Wireless, Celona, Ruckus, Motorola, and Relay. For Public Safety ERRCS / ERCES projects, this NICET expertise is especially important, helping ensure designs, installations, documentation, testing, and AHJ coordination are approached with the rigor required for life-safety communications infrastructure.

RSS supports deployed systems through its 24×7×365 Network Operations Center, providing continuous monitoring, alarm response, proactive maintenance, reporting, and lifecycle accountability for mission-critical wireless infrastructure.

From a design standpoint, RSS uses industry-leading tools such as iBwave and Atoll for indoor and outdoor cellular design, and Ekahau for enterprise Wi-Fi. These platforms allow RSS engineers to model, deploy, test, and optimize networks that support high-density environments, complex building conditions, public safety requirements, and demanding user expectations.

This is the difference between installing equipment and engineering infrastructure. RSS designs, delivers, and manages wireless systems that are built to perform long after the project is complete.

RSS personnel are certified by the major wireless network equipment manufacturers including Corning, Comba, JMA, SOLiD, Commscope, Ericsson, ADRF and others. RSS works with the products that meet all requirements, including Carrier grade equipment and UL-listed Public Safety (ERRCS) equipment.

RSS also provides optical network design services, enabling high bandwidth applications and technologies such as cellular DAS, Wi-Fi, and other IP services (IPTV, Cameras, etc.).

RSS leverages industry standard design tools such as iBwave and Atoll for indoor and outdoor cellular and wireless networks. RSS engineers maintain the highest level of certification in these design tools.

RSS creates neutral-host architecture solutions in which a single DAS serves all Carriers. RSS’ solutions are typically owned by the client, allowing the venue to control the experience and solution. This approach allows direct client/Carrier relationships, providing benefits to both the client and the Carriers. Our approach allows the client to install a solution that meets their construction milestones while RSS handles all carrier coordination, testing, and commissioning on their behalf. Where applicable, the client retains 100% of any CAPEX or OPEX paid by the carriers. RSS does not share revenue. In other words, our clients retain full control of the DAS, which is lost in a third-party scenario.
