- Identify Wireless Coverage Requirements

Depending on the scale of your project, RSS will provide a detailed Radio Frequency (RF) survey for your structure to determine existing coverage from outdoor macro networks and indoor WLAN networks. The outcome of this survey is a proposal that provisions wireless coverage only where it is needed, reducing overall costs by eliminating areas with sufficient coverage.
- Propose Optimal Solution
RSS simulates before and after coverage utilizing your facilities floor plans. Using advanced RF design software, we will provide a detailed design that accounts for wall thicknesses, metal, and other RF dense building materials. The detail and specificity of the design we propose for your building will ensure that your design will perform as promised.
- Wireless Service Provider Coordination
RSS is your access broker within the wireless service provider (WSP) network. Leveraging our strong, long-standing relationships with the carriers, RSS will work on your behalf to broker a favorable deal between all parties. Our proven process will ensure timely connections to their signals sources and mitigate the typical frustrations associated with Access Agreements. During the design cycle, we work with the local carriers to get their input and incorporate the regional requirements into our final product which ensures timely and cost effective connects.
- Manage Deployment Cycle
Our solutions are delivered turnkey and include the industries strongest program management. We manage all aspects of the deployment and drive the project to stay on schedule. Weekly status reports keep you and your team updated during the build cycle.
If your building owner or your facilities team has a preferred cable vendor; we have processes to support them.
- System Commissioning
Initial system commissioning is critical for optimal operation. Our RF Engineers will be on site during the power-up sequences to adjust the RF levels to meet your business objectives and the WSP interface requirements.
- Ongoing Service and Support
RSS offers several service and support options, including extended warranties and 24/7 remote monitoring. Our support training program enables on-site IT support personal to handle Level I support with escalation paths to RSS for unresolved issues. Advanced on-site and remote monitoring will enable both your IT department and RSS to identify potential issue before they become trouble tickets.
